**Qualifications**

* Tanzanian citizen

* At least 18 years old

* Graduate of a security training program, JKT, Mgambo, or have experience in security work

* At least 5 feet tall

* No criminal record

**Responsibilities**

* Provide security for property and people

* Prevent crime and unauthorized access

* Respond to emergencies

* Report suspicious activity
